Our Story

A Legacy of Service - Frank Santana Sr. has always had a passion for serving others. Over the years, he spent countless hours investing in students, helping them grow, and equipping them for life’s next stage. Outside of work, Frank could be found helping his neighbors—fixing leaky pipes, remodeling bathrooms, and offering a helping hand whenever it was needed.

‍A Turning Point - When Frank’s long-time position at the school came to an end due to changing certification requirements, he faced a crossroads. With his children approaching college age, Frank turned to God with a question: "Lord, what do you want me to do?" The answer led him to enroll in MCC's HVAC program, alongside his son, Frank Jr., who was studying business at the same time.

‍A New Beginning - Years later, father and son, Frank and Frank Jr., walked across the graduation stage together. This marked the beginning of Frank & Frank HVAC, a company born from a shared desire to serve others and apply their skills to make a positive impact.
